About 80 of the 100 units released at Skyline Residences, a 283-unit freehold condo in the Telok Blangah area, were snapped up during its preview last week, according to marketing agent Knight Frank.

The average price of the units was between S$1,800 psf and S$1,900 psf, with the cheapest unit, a 484 sq ft one-bedder, priced at around S$950,000.

Located on the former Fairways condo site, the 24-storey development is designed with an elevated podium to provide higher views for the units. It features a view of Keppel Golf Links and the upcoming Telok Blangah MRT Station.

The project comprises three towers, offering one- to four-bedroom units, as well as three penthouses measuring 3,681 sq ft, 3,251 sq ft and 3,165 sq ft.

Meanwhile, City Developments Ltd (CDL) has sold 150 units at the Blossom Residences executive condo (EC) development, since its launch on 7 July.

Units at the 99-year leasehold condo, which is located at Segar Road in the Bukit Panjang area, were priced at an average of around S$685 psf.

The condo project is within proximity to the Segar LRT Station, which will be linked to the upcoming Bukit Panjang MRT Station. According to The Business Times, all 30 units (five percent) of the development reserved for second-timers were fully taken up.
