PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal company, along with its Malaysian offshoot HomeGuru, has launched the revamped Northern Malaysia property website, Fullhouse.com.my.
FullHouse unveiled its new website, which was redesigned and enhanced to offer improved features and functionality for property developers and agents.
“Similar to HomeGuru, FullHouse is now powered by the Web 2.0 platform, which facilitates information sharing, interoperability and collaboration,” said Steve Melhuish, Group CEO and Founder of PropertyGuru.
The new website offers an improved layout to allow faster property searches and a new “Ask Guru” section. It also includes a new section for the latest property articles and industry news, as well as international property investment opportunities for experienced real estate investors.
FullHouse will focus on North Malaysia properties, especially in Penang, with exclusive listings, such as beachfront and heritage properties.
“The content from Fullhouse.com.my are now inter-shared with HomeGuru.com.my, providing agents and property developers a wider and easily accessible gateway to up-to-date property information and issues in Malaysia.”

The revamping of FullHouse, along with HomeGuru’s stellar record, is part of a strategic plan launched by PropertyGuru to vie for the position of Malaysia’s top property website.
