Far East Organization (FEO) has sold 181 units at the preview of its most recent residential development, euHabitat.
Located at Jalan Eunos, euHabitat offers a live-work-play environment with a unique blend of modern one-bedroom suites, condominiums, SOHO-style apartments and townhouses, with prices ranging from S$541,000 to S$2.94 million.
“We are happy with the strong take-up during the preview. euHabitat has appealed to the market with its first-of-its-kind clustering of different housing styles each with its own distinctive character to match varying lifestyle aspirations. euHabitat enjoys a prime location in an area that is rapidly transforming,” said Chia Boon Kuah, Chief Operating Officer, Property Sales at Far East.
Approximately 70 percent of the buyers were Singaporeans and permanent residents (PRs). Around 52 one-bedroom suites were snapped up, while 39 one- and two-bedroom SOHO units were sold. Other units sold include 34 two-bedroom apartments, 20 one-bedroom apartments, 11 townhouses and 25 three-bedroom apartments.
“With the strong interest that we continue to see at euHabitat, we will be bringing forward the official launch of the development to 19 August,” he added.
A melting pot of diverse communities, euHabitat provides ample opportunities for social interaction while catering to the needs of each individual for privacy and exclusivity. The different housing formats are grouped within specific enclaves with exclusive social and recreational space, while taking advantage of the development’s tropical landscape, calming bodies of water, luscious greenery and vast array of facilities throughout its 444,000 sq ft grounds.
Entrepreneurs and budding professionals searching for a multi-purpose residence can choose from the SOHO apartments, suites and smaller condominium units. euHabitat also offers family-friendly townhouses and condominium apartments with direct access to the swimming pool and private enclosed outdoor spaces.
Its relative location to Paya Lebar Central means it will benefit from the government transformation programme (GTP), along with the already established retail, office, hotels and public amenities. The Geylang River is also slated for a revamp, with the possibility of attracting new recreational facilities.
Higher learning institutions, the Eunos MRT station and freeways are just minutes away.
