Pontiac Land has launched two new luxury developments in Singapore.
Located in Ardmore Park, Ardmore Residence is designed by Amsterdam-based UNStudio and comprises 58 units with a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 3,300 sq ft.
The second project is located at the intersection of Cuscaden and Tomlinson Road. Dubbed Hana, the 99-year leasehold development will be designed by Australia’s Kerry Hill Architects. It will comprise 29 condominium units with a GFA of around 3,500 sq ft each.
Wei-Lin Kwee, Vice President of Pontiac Land Group, said, “For us, a major factor in our decision of choosing architects and designers is the chemistry between us and them, we give a lot of feedback and it’s important to have architects who will invest time and energy to work with us.”
Kwee believes it is essential to do so, since the arched designs by UNStudio require a builder of good reputation and quality.
Hana will feature a cantilevered pool on every floor, while Ardmore Residence will include a double-volume balcony. As for the furnishings, “we will always look for items that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally designed,” she said.
“We have chosen Dornbracht for the bathrooms and Vizug, Liebher and Poggenpohl fittings for the kitchen area. Ultimately, we seek to offer space, privacy and exclusivity, all of which are luxuries in land-scarce Singapore.”
