Far East to hold open house for euHabitat in China

24 Aug 2011

Singapore property developer Far East Organization (FEO) will hold an open house on 27 and 28 August 2011 in China to introduce euHabitat to Chinese buyers.

The open house will be held in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou. In addition, an exhibition will also be held in Xiamen this weekend, with talks on property investment in Singapore during the event.

With a total area of 41,261 sq m, euHabitat is the largest residential development in Paya Lebar. It is also the first project to feature four residential types — condominiums, townhouses, suites and SoHo units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom homes.

So far, more than 60 percent of its buyers are Singaporeans and permanent residents (PRs), while 25 percent are mainland Chinese. Most of the buyers are professionals or entrepreneurs.

Paya Lebar, which is located in the eastern part of Singapore, is transforming into a business hub, integrating hotels, malls, office buildings and public activity space.
