Two residential land parcels at Jalan Loyang Besar / Pasir Ris Rise and Flora Drive were launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) for sale through public tender yesterday.
Launched for sale under the confirmed list of the H2 2011 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme, the two 99-year leasehold sites can yield approximately 770 dwelling units.
The residential site at Jalan Loyang Besar / Pasir Ris Rise has a total area of 17,274.2 sq m and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 36,276 sq m. It has a maximum building height of 49 m above mean sea level (AMSL) and can potentially yield 355 flats.
Located in the eastern part of Singapore, the land parcel is connected to the rest of the island through the Tampines Expressway (TPE).
Meanwhile, the Flora Drive residential land parcel has a total area of 29,949.0 sq m. It has a maximum GFA of 41,929 sq m and a maximum building height of 45 m AMSL.
Located in an established housing estate at the eastern part of Singapore, the site can potentially yield approximately 415 flats.
The tender for the sites at Jalan Loyang Besar / Pasir Ris Rise and Flora Drive will close on 4 and 19 October 2011 respectively. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on the tendered land price only.
