Approximately 80 percent of units at Sky Green (pictured) have been taken up following its soft launch, prior to its official launch next weekend, reported The Business Times.

Apartments at the 176-unit freehold residential project were selling at an average price of S$1,502 psf and buyers were mostly Singaporeans.

Developed by a consortium comprising Heeton Holdings, Zap Piling, KSH Holdings and TEE International, the project features 172 condo units with one- to four-bedroom layouts, and sizes between 441 and 1,496 sq ft.

Four penthouses (three- and four-bedders) are also available, with sizes ranging from 2,207 to 2,906 sq ft. Located at the start of MacPherson Road just off Upper Paya Lebar Road, the development will receive its temporary occupation permit (TOP) in 2016.
