Four Seasons Place (pictured), a luxury branded residence and hotel development in Pudong, Shanghai, will launch in Singapore this weekend, according to marketing agent Savills Singapore.

Developed by Shui On Group, Four Seasons Place is located in the heart of the financial district and spans the 42nd to 55th floors of 21st Century Tower. It will be managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Group.

The development features a host of services and amenities, including in-room dining, spa, business centre, fitness facilities and indoor infinity pool. In addition, it is centrally located close to important commercial landmarks and transport links in the district.

Acclaimed designers George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg are responsible for the project’s design, which incorporates intelligent use of space and comfort.

There will also be a dedicated team of hotel specialists to attend to owners’ daily needs.

Meanwhile, Four Seasons Place has witnessed strong interest since its launch, particularly from South East Asian buyers.

“Four Seasons Place is the first residence accommodation to be built in the prime business district of Pudong’s Lujiazui. Given all the strong attributes, this property ticks a lot of boxes. It is perfectly developed to satisfy the growing demand of the affluent business travellers to Shanghai, and offers an excellent investment opportunity in a market where demand far outweighs supply,” said Julian Sedgwick, Director, International Residential Marketing at Savills.

Savills will host an exhibition at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore this weekend (6 – 7 October) to introduce the development into the market.
