A high-end student accommodation developer from the UK recently opened its Singapore office at Suntec Tower One in the Marina Bay Business District, catering to the growing number of international students from Singapore and other parts of Asia studying in the country.

With its branch in Singapore, Vita expects “to build strong relationships with local agents by providing a robust marketing and communication resource for them to utilise”.

In addition, Vita aims to get in touch with clients here to help them make the best informed decisions.

“Singapore represents a great opportunity for Vita as the investor appetite for student property here is very strong. Investors from this part of the world really understand the Vita concept and its investment strength,” said Justin Humphreys, Head of Business Development for Asia Pacific.

“I think this is mainly because Vita student property is designed specifically to meet the needs of the growing number of international students coming to study in the UK. International investors are aware of the growing number of students they are sending to the UK and simply recognise the opportunity – this is especially prevalent in South East Asia,” he added.

Vita’s projects are centrally located in university towns with ample demand for high-quality student accommodation to ensure high occupancy and maximum returns for property owners.

In a statement, the firm said it provides investors with a hassle free, fully managed property investment with assured returns in the UK’s best student accommodation projects.
