Australian property developer Walker Corporation has unveiled the first phase of luxury apartments within the Senibong Cove project in Iskandar Malaysia.

Located on eight acres of prime waterfront land, The WaterEdge Apartments (pictured) offer panoramic views of the Lunchoo River, the marina and Straits of Johor. The development also boasts various green and sustainable features.

Designed by the acclaimed SA Architect, the apartments blend Asian tropical designs with Australian architectural influences.

“We conceptualised The WaterEdge Apartments to celebrate the best facets of waterfront living, merging the soothing effect of water, calming influence of luscious greenery with the comfort of modern design and living,” said Lang Walker, Executive Chairman of Walker Corporation.

The 28-storey development comprises units ranging from 893 to 4,844 sq ft, including two- to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Facilities include spa pools, a maze garden and yoga decks.

Residents at Senibong Cove will have access to facilities at the International Marina Club and Commercial Village. In addition, the apartments will feature individually covered drop-off points from the guardhouse while access to the lift lobby will be controlled electronically, ensuring security.

Leveraging on healthy interest from buyers and investors in Singapore, The WaterEdge Apartments will be unveiled next weekend (20 – 21 October) at Hilton Hotel Singapore. Prices start at S$210,000 for a two-bedroom unit and foreign buyers can take-up 90 percent loan financing.
