Developed by the UK’s Berkeley Group, the project features more than 920 units within two acres of parks and open spaces. Housing types include studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses that come with balconies or winter gardens.

In addition, three new urban squares will be developed next to a central piazza comprising high-end shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Residents will enjoy five-star facilities such as a luxury health club with gym and pool, 24-hour concierge, private cinema and business lounge. The development is designed by acclaimed architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands.

Silk House, the project’s initial phase is a 21-storey tower featuring 182 units. The interiors come with fully-fitted kitchens, under floor heating and oak timber floors.

Notably, Goodman’s Fields is sited close to the city’s top dining, cultural and shopping amenities as well as transport links.

Unit prices at Silk House start from £435,000 (S$851,110) for a studio.
