The Hillier (pictured), a 528-unit development in Upper Bukit Timah by Far East SOHO has seen brisk sales, with 96 percent of units already sold.

Launched in January, The Hillier comprises two towers of SOHO apartments and an adjoining two-storey retail podium called HillV2. According to Far East Organization, only 21 available units are left.

“Integrated developments and trans-urban locales have become attractive propositions for home-buyers,” said Chia Boon Kuah, Chief Operating Officer for Property Sales at Far East.

“Their unique lifestyle concepts, which include accessible work-live-play spaces and amenities, are strong factors that influence their purchase decisions. This has been seen with robust sales from both Watertown and The Hillier developments.”

The development comprises three unit types of one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 506 to 840 sq ft.

The Hillier is expected to obtain its temporary occupation period (TOP) by 2016.
