A modern two-storey bungalow (pictured) located on a prime freehold site in Chee Hoon Avenue is up for sale at an indicative price of between S$20.5 million and S$21.5 million, according to sole marketing agent HSR Investment Sales.

The site area is approximately 14,093 sq ft and the house comes with an attic, grand driveway and lush garden with koi pond.

According to HSR, the property has a guide price of S$20.5 million to S$21.5 million, which works out to S$1,454 to S$1,525 psf on land area.

“Very few people in Singapore live in landed homes and even fewer live in detached houses or inside the 39 Good Class Bungalow Areas (GCBA), which explains why it is so desirable for many to do so,” said Gabriel Goh, Deputy Head of Investment Sales at HSR.

In addition, the bungalow is within close proximity to various amenities, including Serene Centre, Coronation Shopping Centre, Nanyang Primary School and Botanic Gardens MRT station on the Circle Line.

The tender for the site will close on 14 November.
