Knight Frank appoints new research manager for Asia-Pac

Nicholas Holt (pictured) has been appointed the new Research Manager for Knight Frank Asia Pacific. He will oversee operations in the region to further strengthen and grow the research and consultancy business.
    
Holt has extensive experience suited to the new regional role. He has a wide knowledge in property, having previously worked at Jones Land LaSalle (JLL) in France before being transferred to Vietnam. For the past 18 months, he has helped to build Knight Frank’s consultancy and research business.

His primary role is to create fresh and interesting regional research topics, briefing and liaising with regional and local media, assist with data collection and its interpretation and enhance the company’s profile throughout Asia.

“The recruitment of Nicholas is part of our plan to expand the research platform in Asia Pacific. With Nicholas’s wide range of property experience, we are confident that our research and consultancy business will continue to flourish and grow,” said Clive Betts, Managing Director of Knight Frank Asia Pacific.

Commenting on his appointment, Holt said that with “our regional team, there are no learning curve and no hesitation. We will work closely together to take the research and consultancy business from strength to strength to a promising future.”
