Property firm Koh Brothers recorded a net profit increase of 80 percent to S$19.9 million last year.
However, the company’s gross revenue decreased six percent to S$341.1 million in the year ended 3 December 2011.
The company’s construction division was responsible for the bulk of sales and its real estate arm witnessed the highest growth in that aspect.
Total sales for building projects and construction reached S$283.7 million last year, down from S$373.5 million in the preceding year.
On the other hand, the firm’s real estate sales soared to S$75.9 million last year from S$29.9 million in 2010.
