The application period (27 – 31 January) for Sim Lian Group’s latest EC project, The Tampines Trilliant, closed yesterday evening, with approximately 1,000 applications submitted.
Approximately 60 percent of the applicants reside in Tampines as well as other estates in the eastern region, including Pasir Ris and Bedok.
Booking for the project’s units, which will be via balloting, will be conducted this Saturday, 4 February. The first name called will get to choose the unit of their choice and so forth.
Buyers can choose between normal payment and a deferred payment scheme. The Tampines Trilliant is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in March 2015.
Located at Tampines Central 7, the 670-unit leasehold development features mostly three-room units across 12 residential blocks and is within close proximity to the Tampines MRT station and bus interchange, Tampines Mall, Tampines 1 and Century Square malls as well as reputable schools.
Prices start from S$682,000 for a three-bedder and S$971,000 for a four-bedder.
