One Tower Bridge, London set to unveil in Singapore

13 Feb 2012

Berkeley Group, a UK property developer, has launched One Tower Bridge, a luxury residential development located near the Thames River, London.

It boasts close proximity to iconic landmarks such as the Tower Bridge, Tower of London and The Shard. It is nestled between City Hall on the South Bank and Tower Bridge, and is next to some of London’s premier cultural attractions.

Sitting on a 1.6-ha site, the project will offer 350 private apartments and penthouses with one- to four-bedrooms. It also features roof spaces or private balconies, a boutique hotel and cultural space.

Berkeley Group envisions that “One Tower Bridge, which ranks amongst the most luxurious of prime central London developments, will establish new levels of price performance, appealing to both UK and international buyers.”

According to data from Knight Frank, South Bank prices jumped 44 percent in March 2009, as opposed to a 37 percent recovery for prime central London in general. Between January 2007 and September 2011, prices in the area outperformed those in the larger prime central London market, inching up an additional five percent.

Apartments come equipped with an integrated Smart Home Technology that gives residents remote access to switch on the air conditioning or underfloor heating, adjust the automated blinds and control the security system.

Complete prices for homes at One Tower Bridge, starting at £670,000 (S$901,239.44) will be announced during an exhibition at the St. Regis in Singapore on 24 February.
