Strong interest in Parc Rosewood continues

14 Feb 2012

Parc Rosewood (pictured) saw an additional 110 units sold last week, signifying a growth in demand for affordable resort-style living in Singapore.

Strategically located at the upcoming Woodlands Regional Centre, the exclusive condo is developed by Kensington Land Pte Ltd, a joint venture (JV) between mainboard-listed Fragrance Group Ltd. and World Class Land Pte Ltd.

Buyers were mostly young couples, singles, investors and PMEBs, interested in its one- to three-bedroom units and penthouses.

“The well-received luxury resort concept at Parc Rosewood has resulted in a total of 390 of the 689 residential units being taken up since the VIP preview about two weeks ago,” said Koh Wee Seng, Director at Kensington Land.

He is optimistic that the development will “continue to gain traction in the coming weeks with additional units snapped up.”

Parc Rosewood is situated at Rosewood Drive, close to main transport arteries such as the BKE and SLE. It is also near the Woodlands MRT station and Thomson Line.

Moreover, it provides access to amenities like Woodlands Stadium, Woodlands Civic Plaza and Causeway Point, as well as reputable educational institutions such as the Singapore Sports School, Innova Junior College and Singapore American School.

Regional business hubs like Woodlands Auto Hub, Woodlands Bizhub and Harvest@Woodlands are also within reach.
