More than 510 units have been sold at the Parc Rosewood condo development (pictured) as of yesterday.
“We are extremely encouraged by the strong response from buyers who have found our luxury resort concept and attractive price point very appealing,” said Koh Wee Seng, Director of Kensington Land Pte Ltd, the project’s developer.
In the past week alone, around 120 units have been snapped up, and Koh sees continued strong interest in the exclusive project.
Strategically located along Rosewood Drive, Parc Rosewood comprises 15 blocks of five-storey residential towers. Features include an attic, basement carpark, two shops, swimming pool and communal facilities. It offers 689 units ranging from one- to three-bedders as well as penthouses.
The development is ideally situated near to the upcoming lifestyle hub of Woodlands Regional Centre, and is close to major transport arteries such as Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE). Within the project’s vicinity are amenities like Woodlands Civic Plaza, Causeway Point and Woodlands Stadium.

The developer said that the project will obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by December 2014.
The Parc Rosewood Showroom is located at Rosewood Drive and is open from 10am to 10pm daily.
