Parc Rosewood (pictured) saw a total of 565 units snapped up in the four weeks since it was previewed on 28 January, with 55 units taken up in the past week alone.
Located close to the upcoming Woodlands Regional Centre, the project is being developed by Kensington Land Pte Ltd, a joint venture between mainboard-listed Fragrance Group Ltd and World Class Land Pte Ltd. Buyers of the one- to three- bedders and penthouses are mostly investors, singles, young couples and PMEBs.
“The key contributing factor for the great response to Parc Rosewood is the luxury resort concept and attractive price point which both home buyers and investors have found extremely appealing,” said Koh Wee Seng, Director at Kensington Land.
“We are very encouraged by the more than 565 units sold and have decided to release some new penthouse units which will generate continued interest in the development and increase the take-up rate further,” he added.
Amenities within the project’s vicinity include Woodlands Civic Plaza, Causeway Point and Woodlands Stadium.
Parc Rosewood is also within close proximity to various prestigious schools including Singapore Sports School, Innova Junior College and Singapore American School.
