CapitaLand, Southeast Asia’s largest property firm, has announced the appointment of Margaret Goh as its CEO of Special Projects with effect from 16 April 2012.

She is certainly a welcome addition to our healthy talent pool and bench strength as we seize opportunities to steer the Group to its next phase of growth.”
Goh will report directly to Liew and one of her primary roles will be to support Lim Ming Yan, Chief Operating Officer of CapitaLand in cross-strategic business unit projects, including overseeing the joint venture projects between Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd and Khazanah Nasional Bhd where the group has been appointed project manager.
Prior to her appointment, Goh was the Chief Executive of NTUC Choice Homes Co-operative Ltd, a post she held since 2007. She has also worked at City Developments Ltd, Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd, Hong Leong Holdings Ltd and Pontiac Marina Pte Ltd.
