Luxury property developer SC Global Developments has announced plans to develop another prestigious project in the exclusive Ardmore Park area.

Dubbed Sculptura Ardmore (pictured), the 36-storey freehold project at 8 Ardmore Park will comprise 35 high-end units ranging from 2,800 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft and will be situated on a one-acre site with a gross floor area (GFA) of 140,000 sq ft.

“With this rare opportunity on hand, we have spared no expense in this development that will be our most expensive project to construct to date. We have brought forth a culmination of all our experience, knowledge and innovation in the luxury market over the past 12 years to pour into this truly original and visionary project,” said Simon Cheong, Chairman and Chief Executive of SC Global.

“We realise what a truly unique opportunity we have with this highly coveted site in this most exclusive of neighbourhoods.”

Around 19 units are classified as smaller apartments with built-up areas of between 2,800 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft and will be located from the 5th to 16th floors, while 12 units are sized between 3,200 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft.

The larger units are single-floor apartments featuring private lap pools, with the smallest being a four-bedder of approximately 4,200 sq ft and the biggest – a super penthouse unit at 11,000 sq ft.

Designed by DP Architects from Singapore and CZ Design Studio from New York, Sculptura Ardmore will feature two sky terraces on the sixth and 17th floors that are equipped with entertainment areas, a gym, sky gardens, private clubhouse and jacuzzis.
