Malaysian developer Bandar Raya Developments Berhad (BRDB) is set to showcase two prime residential properties from Kuala Lumpur at the Regent Hotel Singapore this weekend (21 to 22 April), from 10am to 6pm.
The first project called 6 CapSquare (pictured) is a luxury residential tower that forms part of the CapSquare integrated development. It sits on a 15.2 acre freehold site and includes a shopping centre that houses retail outlets, Grade A offices, dining options and a boutique university – UNIRAZAK.
The development is strategically located near KLCC, the Dang Wangi LRT station and historical Jalan Ampang. The scenic Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve is also a stone’s throw away.
Set to be completed by September next year, the 32-storey tower has 176 units from 1,411 sq ft.
BRDB is also showcasing Verdana, nestled near the established Mont Kiara neighbourhood. It boasts three acres of lush landscaping, vast water features and recreational facilities.
The first phase of the project which is expected to be completed by December 2014 comprises 298 units spread across two 25-storey towers and a six-storey tower. The low-rise tower features spacious garden villas. Homes are equipped with kitchen cabinetry and branded appliances.
BRDB is one of the first Malaysian developers to be publicly listed and is a leader in both commercial and residential developments in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.
In addition, it has built a good reputation among homeowners looking for prime investments, leveraging on intelligent design and uplifting aesthetics.
