FLO Residence (pictured), a 530-unit condo development in Punggol is set to launch this month at an average price of S$850 psf.

A joint-venture (JV) project between ZACD Investments Pte Ltd and Capital Development Pte Ltd, it is situated at Punggol Field Walk and is within close proximity to the Coral Edge LRT station.

It offers 106 two-bedders (between 764 sq ft and 861 sq ft); 317 three-room units (between 926 sq ft and 1,044 sq ft); 92 four-bedders (between 1,227 sq ft and 1,346 sq ft); and 15 penthouses with a built-up area ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft.

Marketing agent SLP International said prices for a two-bedroom unit start from S$620,000, while prices of three- and four-bedders start from S$750,000 and S$990,000 respectively.

“While there have been launches in Punggol in the past, most of them are either ECs (executive condominiums) or are priced beyond S$900 psf,” said SLP. “The site adjacent to FLO Residence has recently been earmarked for an international school.”

It added that such schools will increase the investment potential for the project, as they “traditionally bring about increased rental demand for housing nearby”.

SLP noted that a public viewing of the project will start from 12 May and buyers will stand a chance to win a Volkswagen car.
