The Australian arm of Frasers Centrepoint will be launching The Mark (pictured), a 412-unit residential development in Sydney this week.
The project offers a range of units comprising of one-bedroom (43-54 sq m); two-bedroom with two baths and a single car space (89 sq m) and three-bedroom suites with two car spaces (141-164 sq m), at an average price of around A$10,812 (S$13,580) psm.
“Judging from the encouraging take-up rates of One Central Park and Park Lane, we believe there will be equally strong, if not better, demand for The Mark, especially in the current tight supply market,” said Guy Pahor, Chief Executive of Frasers Property Australia.
“We are expecting rental yields for this project to be in excess of five percent.”
According to a media report, the project will be jointly developed by Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia, making it the third project within their mixed-use urban village development.
Currently under construction, the 27-storey glass tower will be the second tallest building in the Central Park project. Frasers said that it is slated for completion by early 2014.
