Global property consultancy Colliers International has appointed Harvey Coe (pictured) as Senior Director of Asia Investment Services.
A veteran in the property investment field, he will be responsible for growing and promoting the company’s real estate investment services in Asia. He will work together with a team of investment specialists across the region to provide clients with cross-border real estate solutions for their capital.
“As our clients continue to expand their real estate portfolio in Asia, we have regional and local expertise to help them capture the growing opportunities and move capital across various countries,” said Piers Brunner, Chief Executive of Colliers International in Asia.
“This strategic appointment demonstrates our commitment in being a leader in the Asia investment market.”
With a wide experience in building customer relations and in-depth knowledge of Asia’s real estate markets, Coe held a number of senior management posts before joining Colliers. He was Managing Director of real estate fund advisory and investment management company ZYRE, where he was responsible for all property investment transactions and fund formation assignments.
