In what could be described as a special milestone, PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal, recorded its 10 millionth property listing last week.
The property, a bungalow nestled on a 5,226 sq ft freehold land site at Highland Road in the east was listed by a property agent who has been a member of PropertyGuru for two years. When contacted, he declined to comment.
According to the listing description of the property, it is within close proximity to the central business district (CBD) and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), which is slated to open this year.
In addition, it provides easy accessibility to East Coast Park and Telok Kurau Park via the Siglap Park Connector.
The bungalow’s asking price is S$11 million or around S$2,190 psf.
