Property developer Far East Organization is offering a new deal to lure more buyers. With the purchase of an apartment at its upcoming Seastrand project (pictured), buyers will get a free country club term membership worth more than S$16,000.
Purchasers of three- or four-bedders, which are the only unit types remaining, are being offered a nine-year term membership at Seletar Country Club, along with a five-year condo maintenance fee absorption.
According to consultants, developers may be using such promotional incentives to clear unsold stock before any supply of new homes enters the market.
Located at the waterfront in Pasir Ris, Seastrand is a new high-rise development that’s within close proximity to Pasir Ris Park and the beach.
For investors, it promises immediate capital appreciation and good investment value. It also benefits from being close to the Changi Business Park and the airport.
