PropertyGuru to hold inaugural TIPS event this weekend

PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal, will showcase a number of exciting overseas properties at its inaugural The International Property Showcase (TIPS) 2012.

Taking place this weekend (16 and 17 June), from 10am to 7pm daily on Levels 2 & 3 of the Orchard Hotel, the theme of the exhibition will be ‘Bringing the World to You’.

TIPS promises a range of good residential and commercial property deals with guaranteed investment and rental yields.

The event will also feature informative seminars from property experts and guest speakers covering topics from overseas properties and investments to home financing tips and advice.  

For instance, Andrew Swinson, Sales Director, Project Marketing at Knight Frank, will talk about the robust property market in Melbourne while Zamry Ibrahim, Marketing Director, Property Division at Malaysian firm MRCB, will share his views on Kuala Lumpur Sentral, a massive new development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Some of the properties showcased at the event include The Sentral Residences, Elements Mall @ Hatten City and Tropicana Avenue in Malaysia, while 108, Melbourne and Albert Apartments, Melbourne will appeal to visitors looking for properties down under.
