Singapore property buyers and investors will again have the world at their feet when a range of property investment opportunities are exhibited in Singapore this weekend.
Developments from Malaysia, Australia, Thailand and the United Kingdom will be touting opportunities in various property sectors. Whether buying for investment, for your own use, for capital appreciation or for rental returns, Singaporeans will have a range of options this weekend.
The iconic Hibiscus at Port Dickson, Malaysia, will be tempting buyers at the Marriott Hotel on Saturday and Sunday (June 23-24) between 11am and 7pm. Priced from S$283,333, the over-water homes are promising returns of S$79,333 for the first four years.
Freehold condominiums and shop-office investments at SP Setia’s Setia Tri-Angle project in Penang, also in Malaysia, will be on show at the SP Setia Singapore Sales Gallery at Harbourfront Tower on Saturday and Sunday (11am and 2.30pm). Units are priced from S$236,000.
Also from Malaysia is the Encorp Marine development at Puteri Harbour, Johor, which is located just 15 minutes from Singapore. Developer Encorp will be showcasing this project on Saturday and Sunday (June 23-24) at the Hilton Hotel between 10.30am and 7pm.
An off-plan apartment opportunity in Brisbane will be showcased at the Royal Plaza on Scotts between 10.30am and 7pm on Saturday and Sunday (June 23-24). All Property Solutions will be giving details of the development, located 1.5km from the city’s central business district (CBD), which is set to complete in 2014.
For something a little out of the ordinary, Reapfield is marketing a hotel apartment investment opportunity in the northern English city of Leeds. Priced from around S$60,000, the project is being exhibited at the Marriott Hotel on Saturday and Sunday (10.30am until 7pm).
Luxury student accommodation from Liverpool in the U.K. will be showcased by GPS on Saturday and Sunday (June 23-24) at Clarus Centre, Jalan Pemimpin. The en-suite units are priced from around S$100,000 and are located opposite the city’s Hope University.
Finally, for something closer to home, Trillion is marketing The Charm Residences in Phuket, Thailand, at the Marina Mandarin Hotel between 10am and 6pm. The beachfront condo is offering returns of up to eight percent.
