Property investment opportunities from Malaysia, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the United States are being showcased in Singapore this weekend.
PropertyGuru reported recently that Singaporeans’ love affair with overseas property shows no signs of slowing, with more than 400 deals being done for property beyond the borders of the city state every month.
This weekend a number of exhibitions and seminars are taking place, aiming to capture the attentions of local buyers and investors who are seeking an alternative home for their property investments.
The Roof Real Estate Group is offering Penang beachfront property in the shape of The Lexis Suites, a hotel suite development which promises panoramic sea views from every unit. The exhibition is taking place on Saturday, June 9, and Sunday, June 10, from 11am until 7pm at The Marriott Hotel’s Lengkuas Room.
Matrix, one of Thailand’s most prolific property developers, is showcasing its Amazon Residences Pattaya beachfront condo this weekend. The event takes place on Saturday, June 9, and Sunday, June 10, at the Marriott Hotel’s Serai Room.
Property investments in student accommodation in the British city of Liverpool will be on offer at Tarian Real Estate’s event at the Hilton Hotel’s Indonesia and Philippines rooms on Saturday, June 9, and Sunday, June 10, from 11am until 7pm.
Also at the Hilton, this time in the Thailand and Singapore Rooms, will be Melaka’s Tropical Beach Resort which is being showcased by the developer, Quantum Metro Development. The exhibition takes place on Saturday, June 9, and Sunday, June 10, from 10am until 7pm.
Properties from the United Kingdom and United States are being exhibited by Premiere Realty at the Marriott Hotel’s Asam Room. The exhibition and seminars are taking place on Saturday, June 9, and Sunday, June 10, from 10am until 6pm.
