The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing and Development Board (HDB) have launched two residential sites at Tanah Merah Kechil Road (pictured) and Bright Hill Drive that will provide developers and home buyers with more private housing options.
In total, the sites are expected to yield 820 units as part of the 7,000 homes to be launched for sale under the H12012 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
Located within an established private residential estate, the site at Tanah Merah Kechil Road is within close proximity to Tanah Merah MRT Interchange station and major expressways such as East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE).
Meanwhile, the land parcel at Bright Hill Drive is close to Bishan Park and MacRitchie Reservoir as well as Bishan and Marymount MRT stations.
The tender for the Tanah Merah Kechil Road and Bright Hill Drive sites will close on 31 July and 7 August respectively. The final decision on the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.
