Singapore’s Far East Organization and Malaysia’s Sunway Integrated Properties have signed up as industry sponsors for the South East Asia Property Awards 2012.
“Far East Organization is delighted to sponsor this year’s South East Asia Property Awards, which we see as a platform to showcase South East Asia’s diverse and vibrant real estate talent and initiatives to the rest of the world, and inspire future innovation in our industry,” said Chia Boon Kuah, Executive Director, Property Sales, for Far East.
“The overall standard of properties in the region today has undeniably increased as compared to previous years, and regional property awards evaluate and acknowledge excellent property developers and their quality products,” said Ho Hon Sang, Managing Director of Sunway Group’s property development division. “They also recognise and promote the crème de la crème of the region’s real estate industry, driving not just the developers, but also other equally essential stakeholders in the industry to increase their standards,” he added.
Now in their second year, the South East Asia Property Awards are governed by a strict and transparent judging process, independently monitored by BDO Advisory Limited. Judges are asked to consider and declare entries with which they are associated, and are thereby precluded from voting.
With the endorsement of leading developers, extensive media coverage including a live broadcast on Channel NewsAsia, the South East Asia Property Awards 2012 are set to celebrate excellence in the region’s real estate sector.
Far East collected the Best Developer (South East Asia) award at last year’s inaugural event, as well as being named Best Developer (Singapore).
PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal group, is proud to be a media sponsor of the South East Asia Property Awards 2012.
