Parc Olympia (pictured), a new condo project at Flora Drive is set to launch over this weekend (14 – 15 July).

Developed by Koh Brothers Development (KBD), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koh Brothers Group Limited, the 99-year leasehold property will comprise 486 one- to four-bedroom units spread across eight blocks, with sizes ranging from 495 sq ft to 2,702 sq ft.

Full sporting facilities include a synthetic jogging track, air-conditioned badminton court, rock-climbing wall, Skate Park and even a putting green for golf lovers.

Meanwhile, KBD will be the first developer to introduce the SPEEDRACER brand of outdoor gym equipment, designed for children aged between four and 12-years old.

Nestled within a residential enclave in Pasir Ris, Parc Olympia enjoys proximity to various dining, entertainment and shopping facilities as well as The Japanese School.

The project will sit on over 300,000 sq ft of land and is expected to obtain its TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) on 31 December 2015.

“Our latest property launch – Parc Olympia – will once again be differentiated. The whole development centres around a unique theme focused on a sporty lifestyle,” said Francis Koh, Managing Director and Group CEO of Koh Brothers Group.

“We are working closely with our architect, engineer and designer to achieve a ‘dynamic energy rhythm’ that reverberates throughout the development,” he added.
