PropertyGuru’s first ever Philippines Property Show (PPS) 2012 will take place this weekend, 14 to 15 July at the Orchard Hotel Singapore.
PPS will be an avenue for developers from the Philippines to showcase their latest projects, many of which offer high investment returns and strong rental yields.

A number of big name developers will be taking part in the exhibition including ArthaLand, Shang Properties, Century Properties, Vista Land, Megaworld International, Greenfield, Robinsons Land Corporation and SMDC.
Meanwhile, a who’s who of industry experts will share insights on investing in the Philippines. For instance, Jocelyn Sta. Ana, Senior Vice President and Division Head of Retail Mortgages at BPI Family Savings Bank, will discuss ‘Financing your Philippines Real Estate Investment’ while Nina Sayson-Cordero, Vice President for Project and Business Development at ArthaLand will touch on the ‘Advantages of Going Green in Real Estate’.
In addition, Sigrid G. Zialcita, Managing Director for Research Services, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield, will provide ‘An Update on Philippines Residential Market’.
Several representatives from participating developers will also discuss the advantages of investing in the Philippines property market.
