The Charm Residence (pictured) is launching Phase D of its project to property buyers and investors in Singapore this weekend, after what agency Trillion Property described as “pretty encouraging” sales which has seen sell-outs of Blocks A and B, and 80 percent sales of Block C.
Located in the renowned Patong beach area in Phuket, The Charm Residence is a freehold beachfront project being developed by Proliving – a seasoned hotel operator with a background of previous projects on this island.
The Charm Residence consists of four inter-connecting buildings with 246 units. There are six different layouts ranging from studio, one-bedroom, duplex units with Jacuzzis and ground units with pool access. All units come fully-furnished. Owners can also benefit from a rental pool programme which is offering up to eight percent rental returns per year.
William Loke, Managing Director of Trillion Property, told DDProperty: “Overseas projects are increasingly popular for Singaporeans because they offer an interesting alternative for investors who may be hindered by the cooling measures introduced in local market. Investors nowadays are also more informed about global property trends and the various property investment options.”
