Malaysian luxury freehold property Damai 88 (pictured) will receive its global launch in Singapore this weekend, thanks to the continuing strong interest among Singaporeans in overseas properties, buoyed by Singaporeans’ continuing strong interest in foreign properties.
Trillion Property is organising an exhibition for the property which is located in Jalan Damai off the famous Jalan Ampang Embassy Row in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Developed by D.J Design and Suppliers Sdn Bhd, Damai 88 has 150 units with nine spacious layouts, starting from 860 sq ft. A full furnishing package is on offer, as well as guaranteed five percent per annum return for two years.
William Loke, Managing Director of Trillion Property, told PropertyGuru: “Overseas projects are increasingly popular because they offer an interesting alternative for investors who may be hindered by the cooling measures introduced in local market. Investors nowadays are also more informed about global property trends and the various property investment options.”
Damai 88 will receive its global launch on Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15, at an event at Hilton Hotel Level 5 in Singapore.
