Leading UK developer Berkeley will launch its latest collection of luxury apartments at Westminster, London in Singapore starting tomorrow.
Abell House (pictured), the first phase of the development, features 143 homes and will be showcased at the St Regis from 20 to 22 July.
Dubbed Abell & Cleland, the entire development comprises of 206 one- to three-bedroom concierge serviced apartments, a business lounge, exclusive leisure club and secure parking.
Paul Vallone, Managing Director at Berkeley (Urban Renaissance), said: “Abell & Cleland is without doubt one of the most exciting and eagerly anticipated developments in the heart of the capital for some time.”
The project features impressive architecture that blends seamlessly with its surroundings — high state buildings in the north and established residential communities in the south.
Linda Chern, Director of International Project Marketing at Knight Frank Singapore, said: “Berkeley Homes has decided to offer Asian buyers the first bite of the cake for this elegantly-designed project,” adding that it received strong interest at a Hong Kong roadshow.
“As for the Singapore leg, we will be releasing more choice units. Prior to this weekend’s launch, interest levels are high, confirming that demand remains strong for a good quality development with a highly sought after postal code.”
“We are anticipating a very busy weekend for Abell House,” Chern said.
The development boasts customised interiors, along with parquet flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and high-specification kitchens.
