SLP Realty is set to hold its first-ever Landed Property Exhibition 2012 tomorrow, showcasing over 100 landed homes in Singapore.

To be held at No. 37 Jalan Pemimpin, CLARUS Centre #01-02A, the exhibition will feature a wide range of inter terraces, detached houses, Good Class Bungalows (GCBs) and Sentosa Cove homes.

In addition, guest speakers and industry experts will share insights on architectural services, financing options and legal obligations when buying a landed home.

“Since the series of cooling measures, landed transactions has picked up tremendously, with local investors seeking alternative channels as oppose to strata condominium area. There are many reasons to believe as well that investors feel that there’s a disparity in terms of value between strata space and land prices,” said Bruce Lye, Senior Group Division Director at SRI5000 Landed Elites, a division of SLP Realty.

According to Benson Koh, Senior Group Division Director at SRI5000 Landed Elites, the exhibition is expected to serve as a platform for the public to acquire knowledge on landed properties as well as bring buyers and sellers together.

He added that it “could potentially breed healthy investors, entrepreneurs and even individuals who are seeking a different home living lifestyle”.

Tony Koe, Executive Director of SLP International said that the event “will be an all-in-one holistic event catering to all the needs of a landed homeowner and purchaser”.
