A 53,000 sq ft land site within the Holland Rise Good Class Bungalow (GCB) area is up for sale by tender.
Zoned for GCB housing, the vacant site is located 400m from the MRT station and Holland Village. It has been subdivided into three plots, two of which can be accessed from East Essex Lane and the other from Holland Rise.
The buyer will have the option to either merge all three plots into one GCB or reconfigure the subdivided parcels according to their preferred layout.
The vendor expects the site to achieve a price of around S$60 million to S$65 million, which works out to S$1,132 and S$1,226 psf.
Meanwhile, a similar sized GCB property at Ridout Road was sold for S$1,490 psf earlier this year.
