PropNex Realty today recognised 424 salespersons who have exhibited service excellence and demonstrated determination, loyalty and commitment to the company.
Held in conjunction with the company’s Quarterly Convention at Kallang Theatre, the PropNex Ambassador Awards were given to a handpicked few who met a strict set of criteria, including a minimum of five years’ service as a PropNex agent. Moreover, they did not have any complaints issued against them, disciplinary problems with the company or under investigation by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
“Our salespersons will be honoured in two categories, namely: the five-year and 10-year service awards respectively. These awards will be given to an individual who has excelled in their real estate career, and has demonstrated commitment, determination, loyalty and above all, outstanding sales results,” said Mohammad Ismail, CEO of PropNex.
Janet Lim, Senior Associate Director at PropNex added: “We are consistently challenging ourselves to look at ways to bring new ideas to the marketplace and to raise the bar in the development of our skills and knowledge.”
In line with this, the agency recently launched a 390-page hardcover book titled “Real Estate Ambassadors”, which details the lives and entrepreneurial activities of the 169 participating agents.
In the book, every salesperson has a two-page write-up that documents their path and challenges in their real estate career.
