After opening in Thailand and the Philippines earlier this year, real estate agency RE/MAX has sold the franchise rights for China including the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, raising its overall country count to more than 85.
The new RE/MAX China ownership group is based in Hong Kong and has extensive experience in real estate, banking, financing and franchising.
RE/MAX President Vinnie Tracey said: “This group has the experience and commitment to make RE/MAX a success in China and to bring the professionalism and quality customer service associated with RE/MAX to the Chinese people.”
The RE/MAX global footprint now reaches throughout Europe, North and South America, Africa, Australia and beyond. The company was founded in 1973 by Dave and Gail Liniger, real estate industry visionaries, who still lead the U.S.-based global franchise today. RE/MAX is recognised as one of the leading real estate franchise companies, and its bold claim is that “nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX”.
