Hayden Properties, the luxury arm of KOP Properties has launched Hamilton Scotts (pictured), a luxury residential development that features Asia’s first elevated parking concept.
Located at 37 Scotts Road near the Orchard Road shopping belt, the development comprises 54 condo units and two penthouses with each typical unit attached to two en suite elevated sky garages, where residents can transport their cars up to their units using a lift system jointly developed by Hayden Properties and a German company.
“As we move forward in an increasingly affluent society that exists amidst a land scarce city, consumers continue to demand more from developers – innovation, technology and design must intertwine to challenge the frontiers of living,” said Leny Suparman, CEO of KOP Properties.
To activate the lift, residents must use a biometric scanner that sends the cars directly to and from their homes.
Units at Hamilton Scotts also feature Bang & Olufsen settings, a Poliform wardrobe and a Poggenpohl kitchen setup. Residents can also enjoy facilities like a hydropool and lap pool, barbecue corner, residents’ lounge and fully-equipped gym.
In recognition of its quality and standards, the property was conferred the “Best Residential High-Rise Development Singapore” and “Highly Commended High-Rise Architecture (Singapore)” awards at the Asia Pacific 2012-2013 International Property Awards.
