The tender for a 99-year leasehold residential site (pictured) at Tanah Merah Kechil Road has been awarded to a consortium comprising Fragrance Group Limited and World Class Land, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
The developers beat 12 other bidders, submitting the highest offer of S$285.2 million or S$7,276.64 psm.
Launched on 20 June, the tender for the site ended on 31 July. It is expected to yield 416 condominium units or flats.
