2013 will kick off with the launch of the five-storey SeaSuites luxury apartment tower (pictured) in Pasir Panjang, announced marketing agent HSR International Realtors.

Set to launch this Saturday (5 January), SeaSuites will be developed by Link (THM) Greenleaf and comprises 52 units ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts. Built on raised freehold land, the project will offer residents scenic views of the sea.

Apartments come with a home automation system while facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, lap pool and gymnasium. The project is also located near the recently completed Haw Par Villa MRT station and Ayer Rajah Expressway.

Alan Tan, Head of Local Projects at HSR expects the project to offer high quality and competitive pricing.

“In today’s current market, new high-end property in Pasir Panjang range approximately S$1,400 — S$1,800 psf and buyers should take in consideration some recent resale prices have been higher. By 2014, projected prices would not differ substantially; however, rent on investment may provide a healthy gross yield, caveated between four to six percent per for astute investors.”

The developer will also offer an attractive discount package during the project’s preview this weekend.

The Pasir Panjang area is considered a new haven for medium to long-term investments, following recent redevelopment which enhanced the area’s amenities.
