Aside from huge penthouses, developers have other unique ways to give their projects added edge to lure more buyers, reported The New Paper.
Among these is the sky garage featured in the 30-storey Hamilton Scotts condo (pictured), which enables residents to park their cars right beside their living rooms. This is made possible through a self-parking mechanism that works via residents’ thumbprints.
Another unique project is the Tree House condo along Chestnut Avenue which will feature tree houses linked by bridges and a spiral staircase, once completed this year.
Meanwhile, the 417-unit Soleil@Sinaran at Novena has tied up with Aramsa Spa to provide residents with a spa pavilion right at the condo, believed to be a first in Singapore.
At The Orchard Residences condo, wine lovers can store their wine collection in lockers for rent.
For bowling enthusiasts, the Palm Gardens condo in Choa Chu Kang offers a two-lane bowling alley at the clubhouse, while One Devonshire on Killiney Road has its own two-storey rock-climbing wall.
Finally, the recently completed Meadows@Peirce on Upper Thomson Road gives residents a unique experience to go watch birds from the nearby Peirce Reservoir through a three-storey tower.
