The closing date for a residential site tender at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel A) has been extended to give developers enough time to prepare their respective bids, taking into consideration the new wave of property cooling measures announced last Friday.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has moved the closing date from 15 January to 29 January.
Offered on a 99-year lease, the 22,357 sq m site (pictured) has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 62,601 sq m.
