Phuket property in the spotlight

Hot property topics including leasehold ownership and real estate industry regulation will be on the agenda at an event in Phuket at the end of November.

The American Chamber of Commerce Thailand (AMCHAM) is set to hold an event on Friday, November 22, at Angsana Laguna Phuket. Guest speakers will include Stuart Reading, Director of Laguna Resorts and Hotels, David Simister, Chairman of CBRE Thailand, Dexter Norville, Director of Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand), Olaf Duensing, Partner at Duensing Kippen, Nina Serebryakova, Managing Partner at Sereb (Phuket) and PropertyGuru Group’s International Group Editor Andrew Batt. Natasha Eldred of Shine Public Relations will be the moderator.

The event offers an opportunity for real estate professionals, those working in any real estate business and anyone with an interest in Thailand real estate to get valuable insights on a variety of topics. Networking with the local business community is also a key part of the event.

Registration for the event, which is co-organised by the Greater Phuket Chapter and Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce will start at 4pm, with the event itself running from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. The venue and networking, which will follow the event, is provided by Angsana Laguna Phuket.
