Artisan Place, one of two principal apartment blocks at City & Docklands’ Canary Gateway in London will be launched this weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
The Canary Gateway project is part of an overall regeneration plan, which includes the conversion and redevelopment of Sailmakers Listed Warehouse, a promising area for hi-tech offices, galleries, media groups and restaurants.
The development is only three minutes walk from London’s rapidly growing financial district, Canary Wharf, and is within proximity to various transport networks including the Docklands Light Railway from Westferry Station and the Jubilee Line at Canary Wharf.
Residents can experience the perfect work-life balance with over 240 shops, bars, restaurants and galleries at Canary Wharf, home to world-class leisure and recreational amenities.
Offering good long term capital growth potential, Canary Gateway comprises 160 luxurious suites, apartments, duplexes and penthouses spread across two apartment blocks.
The first block, Bywater Square, offers 103 units while Artisan Place houses 57 suites and apartments. Both buildings front the Limehouse Canal, a waterway built in 1770 as a ‘shortcut’ to the River Thames and Limehouse Basin.
The residences have a sleek and sophisticated design, most of which come with a balcony or terrace.
Kitchens are equipped with custom design units and finishes. They are also fully fitted with integrated appliances and wood veneer flooring.
The bathrooms feature quality sanitary ware with chrome finishes, ceramic floor and wall tiling, and full height glass shower screens.
Artisan Place is expected to be completed in Q4 2015.
