The executive condominium (EC) market has been in the spotlight recently as more buyers are drawn to their affordable prices and lifestyle options. SkyPark Residences, jointly developed by JBE Holdings and Keong Hong Holdings, is the latest EC to launch and has seen overwhelming demand.
JBE Holdings Director Patrick Lam (pictured) discusses the popularity of the project and ECs in general in an exclusive interview with The PropertyGuru.
55-year old Lam, who hails from Hong Kong, came here 12 years ago and decided to tap on the property development potential of Singapore. His natural business instincts and affinity for property have helped him to become a successful developer.
“All along, I have been interested in the property business and have always believed in giving value for money,” he said.
